Activities of Kolkata Subarna Foundation
Each year, the Kolkata Subarna Foundation organises at least four major events for its members:
- Bengali New Year Celebration – Naboborsho
- Felicitation and Award Ceremony for meritorious Subarna Banik students
- Bijoya Sammilani (a post-Durga Puja gathering)
- Winter Picnic — an entertaining and social outdoor event
Additionally, the Foundation engages in social welfare initiatives such as:
- Donations to orphanages
- Organising blood donation camps
- Distribution of clothes to the underprivileged
However, the Annual Felicitation and Award Ceremony stands out as the most significant among all activities — it was, after all, the original motivation behind the formation of the Subarna Foundation.
It’s important to note that while the journey hasn’t always been easy, everyone associated with the foundation has remained committed and united. This spirit of solidarity has been key to the steady growth and enduring popularity of the Kolkata Subarna Foundation.

(Durga Puja 2025)
Subarna Foundation have organised the distribution of daily needs items among financial weaker section of our society on 21/9/2025 auspicious day of Mahalaya under leadership President Mr Jsyanta Kumar Chandra ,all governing body members and few general members. Few members already have sponsored the gift bags to make the program successful .
